The Rooms
The classic Hausmannian architecture gives the rooms Parisian glamour; each floor has its own ambience and decor with adjoining rooms available for families. Perched above them all, practically in the clouds, are suites with views capturing all of Paris with merely a glance. Closer to earth is the garden suite, a lush duplex sanctuary.
On the top floor, Monsieur George has created spacious, luxurious rooms that are inviting to friends and travellers alike.
THE RESTAURANTS
Monsieur George's table and its majestic green zellige parterre, open all day long : quiet breakfast, bistronomic menu at lunchtime. In the evening, the gastronomic restaurant starred Michelin Galanga, led by chef Thomas Danigo, offers an inventive and adventurous cuisine. The bar, made up of antique mirrors, adds to the magic of the place and invites you to prolong the evening with a cocktail. For fine wines lovers, Monsieur George opens his cellar for tastings around a convivial table.
