Inspired by his world travels, this Asian fusion restaurant-bar brings together locals and travelers alike. Following the restaurant's lead, the kitchen is as intricate as it is colourful and serves only the highest quality local ingredients that have been prepared with sophistication and simplicity.
Since the start of the school year,, with family or friends, on the terrace or in the restaurant, every sunday from 12:00 pm to 3:00 pm, all year round. Monsieur George welcomes you for his elegant, gourmet and kids friendly brunch! A la carte or as a set menu, Chef Thomas Danigo combines both freshness and creativity. At the bar, in the extension of the restaurant, a large cocktail menu bringing together both standards and many in-house creations will surprise fans and customers always eager for new things. Ideal for a romantic morning or just a nourishing way to start the day, Galanga offers breakfast a la carte with both room and table service. There are three prix fixe menus for the morning meal: the continental, the American and Le Tigre which is vegan and gluten-free.

Monsieur George’s wine cellar
Just beyond the kitchen, there’s a hidden door with a staircase leading down to the basement where you will find Monsieur George’s wine cellar. A private dining table that seats up to 6 people sits amid the walls of some of the best wines where guests can eat well from sharing plates of cheese and charcuterie, and drink even better.
Monsieur George loves his wine. In his private wine cellar, you’ll taste some of the best (and least) known wines of Bordeaux.
